This 30mm scope ring is designed to allow the operator to extend a red dot scope with a 30mm tube out beyond the rail. This is 2" extension from the base. This base is constructed of hard coat black anodized aluminum with light-weight steel cap, with (4) #6-32 cap screws. Comes with either a 1/2" locking nut or self locking thumb screw.

From rail mounting surface to the ceneter-line of the scope is 1.478"

Using the INCH POUND torque wrench, tighten the screws to 15 to 18 INCH POUNDS moving from one screw to the screw in the opposite corner. If you are using the standard wrench, tighten the screws by moving the wrench 90 degrees maximum and proceeding from one corner to the opposite corner.
