Winchester Model 70 Short Action (Military) 7" base with 20 MOA of cant. This base is constructed of 1141 steel with a parkerized finish and compatible with all Mil Spec products. Comes with (4) #6-48 Torx Head mounting screws.  The base is 7" in length and is ambidextrous. Weighs 5.2 ounces.
