PRi Shipping Method
PRi uses UPS for all shipping in the United States but packages going to Alaska and Hawaii may have additional charges. Rates are calculated directly from UPS.com web site with full insurance, PRi adjusts most shipping rate on orders that have a larger than normal shipping charge. PRi is also willing to switch your shipping to Postal if needed using Flat rate boxes.
PRi uppers and complete rifles may receive additional charges based on where they are being shipped.

PRi Warranty Repair Form
If a PRi product fails due to manufacturing, assembly, material defect and you have not altered, abused or used the item for other than its intended purpose, the part will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to PRi. When returning a product to PRi for repair please contact PRi for a Return Authorization number (RMA#) to be used for the return. All products sent to PRi for repair must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased (printed copy of the internet order confirmation or an order number)
Return / Refund Instructions for Unused products
No products will be accepted without a 10% restocking Fee. Any merchandised returned COD will not be accepted. All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice / credit card slip that came with the packaging. A printed copy of the internet order confirmation for web orders. Please contact PRi (419-629-2603) for a return Authorization number that should be written on the outside of the box. The products being returned must be in the original packaging and new condition. Returns will be credited back to the credit card the order was placed with minus the 10% restocking cost. Refunds are valid for 30 days from the date of the purchase
