PRi Warranty Repair Form

If a PRi product fails due to manufacturing, assembly, material defect and you have not altered, abused or used the item for other than its intended purpose,  the part will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to PRi.  When returning a product to PRi for repair please complete and print out the return / repair form to send back with the product.  Be sure to contact PRi for a Return Authorization number (RA#) to be used with the form.  All products sent to PRi for repair must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased (printed copy of the internet order confirmation or an order number)

Return / Refund Instructions for Unused products

No products will be accepted without a 10% restocking Fee.  Any merchandised returned COD will not be accepted.  All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice / credit card slip that came with the packaging.  A printed copy of the internet order confirmation for web orders.  Please fill out and print a copy of the return / refund form to be included in your return.  This form is available on our web site.  Please contact PRi (419-629-2603) for a return Authorization number that should be written on the form along with the outside of the box.   The products being returned must be in the original packaging and new condition.    Returns will be credited back to the credit card the order was placed with minus the 10% restocking cost.  Refunds are valid for 30 days from the date of the purchase
